The Bharathiya Postal Employees Association (BPEA) is a national-level trade union organization committed to representing and empowering the dedicated workforce of the Department of Posts. Founded with a vision to establish a strong, ethical, and service-minded platform, BPEA stands as a beacon of trust and unity for thousands of postal employees across India.

Our association was born out of the need for a voice that is rooted in national values, employee welfare, and principled leadership. Our Affiliations

Affiliated to Bharathiya Postal Employees Federation (BPEF):

BPEF is a national-level federation working exclusively for the upliftment of postal employees. It acts as a unifying body for various postal unions under one ideological and organizational umbrella.

Guided by the principles of Bharathiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS):

BMS is the largest trade union in India, known for its non-political, nationalist approach to labor issues. BMS promotes worker dignity, social harmony, and national progress, and inspires us to pursue our cause through ethical and constructive means.
